Refund and Returns Policy

At Typically Moroccan Tours, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our customers’ needs to the best of our ability. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the Customer
- More than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus any non-refundable expenses (e.g., bank fees, booking fees, etc.).
- 15-30 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour price.
- Less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund.
Cancellations by Typically Moroccan Tours
- If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, etc.), we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour of equal value.
Change of Booking
- Changes by the Customer
- More than 30 days before the tour start date: No change fee (subject to availability and any price differences).
- 15-30 days before the tour start date: Change fee of $50 per booking.
- Less than 15 days before the tour start date: Changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
- Changes by Typically Moroccan Tours
- If we need to make significant changes to your tour (e.g., changes in accommodation, itinerary, etc.), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options or a partial refund if applicable.
Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service email at contact@typicallymoroccantours.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
- Please note that non-refundable expenses (e.g., booking fees, bank charges, etc.) will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
Non-Refundable Items
- Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Flight tickets (unless booked as part of a refundable package).
- Travel insurance.
- Visa fees.
- Non-refundable deposits.
No Show Policy
- If you do not show up for your tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
