Introduction
Welcome to Typically Moroccan Tours. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
Booking and Payment
- Reservations: A booking is confirmed only after receiving a written confirmation from Typically Moroccan Tours.
- Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour start date.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
Cancellations and Refunds

Customer Cancellations:
- More than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus non-refundable expenses.
- 15-30 days before the tour start date: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund.

Company Cancellations:
- If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a full refund or an alternative tour.
Changes to Booking

Customer Changes:
- More than 30 days before the tour start date: No change fee, subject to availability and price differences.
- 15-30 days before the tour start date: Change fee of $50 per booking.
- Less than 15 days before the tour start date: Changes not guaranteed and may incur fees.

Company Changes:
- We reserve the right to make minor changes to your tour itinerary if necessary. Significant changes will be communicated promptly with alternative options or partial refunds.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, personal accident, medical expenses, and loss/theft of personal belongings.
Passports and Visas
It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have a valid passport and any necessary visas for the duration of their trip. Typically Moroccan Tours is not responsible for any issues related to entry requirements.
Health and Fitness
Travelers must be in good health and physically fit to undertake our tours. Any physical or medical condition that may require special attention must be reported at the time of booking.
Liability
- Limitation of Liability: Typically Moroccan Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or third-party actions.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Typically Moroccan Tours harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in our tours.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any traveler who disrupts the tour or endangers the safety or enjoyment of others. No refunds will be given in such cases.
Photography and Marketing
Typically Moroccan Tours reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during tours for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the customer.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
